Making Your Booking

Quotes, Payment on the day and invoice.

Every booking and inquiry has a fixed priced cost and payment on the day terms outlined.


Holding dates open.

In fairness to those looking to set their activity diaries, we can only hold dates open for 24 Hours weekdays and 48 hours over weekend and bank holidays.


Booking and cancellation fees.

There are no cancellation or booking fees, understanding that an urgent matter may occur, however, all that is needed, is that we are notified.

If we turn up at a booking and we have not received any notice, we will charge fuel costs.

As a Bird of prey and Owl rescue, this must take priority over everything , therefore, if there is a need to cancel, we will do our best to give as much notice as possible.

Our birds are very special, how we care for birds and our ethics are very important, therefore, as you can appreciate, we do not travel our birds in adverse conditions.


Firewalls and 24 Hour reply.

Some companies have firewall software on their systems, which can cause problems and block some emails, especially with multiple emails being sent.

As we reply to all emails, if you do not receive a reply from us within 24 hours, then call us.


Before Making Any Booking Inquiry.

Please ensure you fully have authority to authorize our payment on the day terms, if we turn up at any booking and our terms are ignored, a non payment surcharge may apply, in addition, as we work on trust, trust plays a major part of what we do.



Confirmation of bookings.

We will always confirm all bookings by return email once dates are offered and we receive a reply to dates offers.

Due to some people ignoring our terms, we now check with the client, the day before morning bookings and morning of afternoon bookings, so as clarifying start time and to ensure the client is happy with our agreed terms.

Activities inquiries.

When completing our for opposite, please ensure you enter with you company or contact email, three date options and post code, please note devices such as smart phone may effect emails.


Booking in Inquiries.

Although our normal hours 9-00 to 5-00 pm, the best time to contact us regarding any telephone booking inquiry booking is 8-00 am to 12 noon, or by email at anytime using our form opposite.

Please ensure your information includes three date options and post code, as we do not retain data and need the information, so we can offer you the best convenient booking.


Email replies.

We will answer all email within 24 hours, therefore, please call us at once, if you do not receive a reply within this time line.
